Terms of service

By using Learn in Five.ai you agree to these terms. They are between you and TODO_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME, TODO_COMPANY_REGISTRATION, at TODO_REGISTERED_ADDRESS. If you don't agree with them, don't use the service — that is the only consequence.

One AI practice exercise per calendar day, graded automatically, with a streak counter. Days roll over at midnight UTC for everyone, regardless of where you are.

• •Free — the daily prompt exercise, its feedback, your streak, and the most recent few days of the archive.
• •Premium — the full archive, weekly quizzes, and a weekly news digest. Either paid monthly, or granted for a year with any Collabr.ai course purchase.

We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something you are paying for, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period.

You sign in with an emailed link, so your inbox is your credential. Keep access to it secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. One account per person; don't share it.

You must be at least 13 to use Learn in Five.ai. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

• •Don't attempt to break, overload or probe the service, or bypass rate limits and access controls.
• •Don't scrape or redistribute the exercises, quizzes or digests. They are the product.
• •Don't submit other people's personal data, confidential information, or anything unlawful in your answers. They're practice exercises — there is never a reason to paste real customer records into one.
• •Don't use the service to produce anything illegal or abusive.

If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account. Where it is reasonable to do so, we'll warn you first.

Your answers are yours. You keep ownership of everything you write. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: to store your answers, grade them, and show them back to you.

We may use aggregated, anonymised statistics about submissions — for example, that a particular exercise is failed by most people — to improve the exercises. That never includes your text or anything identifying you.

The exercises, quizzes, digests, feedback and the software itself belong to us. You may use them personally to learn. You may not republish them, resell them, or use them to train a model.

• •Premium is billed in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include any applicable tax.
• •It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page — you'll keep premium until the end of the period you've paid for.
• •UK and EU customers have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. Ask within 14 days and we'll refund you in full.
• •Outside that window we don't generally give refunds for unused time, but if something has gone wrong, email us — we would rather sort it out than argue.
• •A Collabr.ai course grant is free and lasts a year. It is not a paid subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

If we change the price, we will email you first. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Worth saying plainly: a streak is a motivational counter, not an entitlement. We compute it from your submission dates in UTC and we may correct it if a bug produced the wrong number. Losing a streak to a missed day, a timezone misunderstanding, or an outage is not a breach of these terms and is not compensable.

We aim to keep Learn in Five.ai up but we don't promise a specific uptime. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because something upstream of us has broken. If an outage means you miss a day, tell us and we'll fix your streak.

Feedback is generated automatically — sometimes by pattern matching, sometimes by a language model. It can be wrong. It is educational feedback on a practice exercise, not professional advice, and you should not rely on it for anything that matters.

We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at what you have paid us in the previous twelve months — which for most people is nothing, because the daily exercise is free.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.

You can stop using Learn in Five.ai whenever you like and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy). We may close your account if you materially break these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we'll give reasonable notice and refund any unused paid time.

We may update these terms. For material changes we'll email you or show a notice in the app rather than quietly editing this page; the date at the top always reflects the last change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the law of TODO_JURISDICTION, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your own country.
